Shipping Policy

At Ayahly, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.


1. Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Orders
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.


Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order due to high demand.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock from our upcoming restock shipment. Your order will be shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse.

Estimated restock timelines will be displayed on the product page where applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand 

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • France

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other locations.


3. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Weekends and public holidays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


5. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to sender, this process may take 4–6 weeks

  • Once returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment

If the delivery failure was not caused by the customer, we will reship your order at no extra cost.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your order has been successfully delivered to the correct address, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting your local courier or checking with neighbours if this occurs.


7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, Ayahly is not responsible for:

  • Customs clearance delays
