At Ayahly, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Please take a moment to review our policy below before placing your order.


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We kindly ask all customers to select carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final unless the item is faulty or defective.


2. Damages and Defects

If there are factory defects or damage during shipping, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

These situations are rare, but they can happen.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Include photo or video evidence so we can assess the issue and make it right.


3. Delivery Issues

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, customs, or peak periods).

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • If your package appears "stuck," it may be due to courier delays
  • If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after being marked as delivered, please contact us immediately

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • In these cases, the package may be returned to our warehouse within 4–6 weeks, and we can reship it for a small fee

5. Order Changes

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request changes such as:

  • Address updates
  • Product changes

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (for defective or damaged items) will be processed back to your original payment method
